1st Annual Peck Slip Pickle Festival

There was a lot of excitement pulsing through the fresh fall air for the 1st Annual Peck Slip Pickle Festival in New York City. Lot’s of people and lots of free pickles! I won BEST CUCUMBER PICKLE in the home pickling contest yet your video does not show my jar amongst the entries. Poor coverage.

First of all, congratulations! Yes, you are right that we had poor coverage of the home pickling contest. We were on deadline and had no idea that the announcement of the winners had been changed to later in the day, so we were unfortunately not able to be present. But we think it’s very cool that you won!!
