Rosendale Pickle Festival 2010
IN THIS EPISODE
It was a bitter cold day at the pickle festival in Rosendale, NY. Nonetheless, more than five thousand people came to eat pickles and have a good time. The spirit of the pickle definitely kept everyone warm, or maybe it was the fried pickles?

Well….I’m in Thailand now and making some New York style pickles, they turn out very good actually, only 20 days fermentation because of hot weather!
